Music Workshop 2009

Dear all,

Serving the Lord as a front liner is always an honour.I believe that each one of you in this YF Worship Team,God has bless you with musical talents...Whether it be singing,creative ideas using multimedia tools or as a musicians.

Psalm 150:

¹ Praise the LORD.
Praise God in his sanctuary;
praise him in his mighty heavens.

² Praise him for his acts of power;
praise him for his surpassing greatness.

³ Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
praise him with the harp and lyre,

⁴ praise him with tambourine and dancing,
praise him with the strings and flute,

⁵ praise him with the clash of cymbals,
praise him with resounding cymbals.

⁶ Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord...Praise the Lord.Let us all serving in this worship team just praise the Lord for the many things He has done for us.

I believe as each one of you are called to serve the Lord in this area,we have to consistently build our spiritual life with God and our skills as well.Therefore,we see this workshop as a good platform to build our skills.

Therefore,this month we are going to have the very first YF Music Workshop.For all of the Worship Leaders/Psalmists/Musicians,you are MOST welcome and encourage to participate in this workshop.During this workshop,our objective is to hone each other technical skills whether it be vocals or musicians.A time of fellowship with one another and have a time of knowledge sharing.

The date/time/venue for this workshop is as following:
Date : 14 March 2009
Time : 1 - 3pm
Venue : Meet at Youth Hall first

We have various personnel for the respective vocal and musical instrument to facilitate the workshop.So,no worries on that =).
