Hi everyone! ;)

Attention to those who are partners in service: Julius, Sam, Daniel Quah, Wilson, Matthew, William
wow..how come no gals in the team this week. o.o lols

These are the songs for this Sunday's worship:

1. Psalms 131

Psalm 131 -

2. We'll be Faithfull (the start goes like this: 'We're running the race to win, all the way to the end..') CANCELLED
3. Come Holy Spirit Fall on me now
4. Turn Your eyes upon Jesus
5. Repeat Psalms 131

Psalms 131 is a new song which will be introduced this week..=) It is produced by a house church in Subang. Yup, Malaysia boleh! Will let you all listen to it this coming saturday. =)
Really simple yet meaningful..bringing us back to the heart of worship.

More on that..
Psalms 131 is part of the Songs of Ascents (Psalms 120-134) which are sung by the Israelites. These songs have a Zion-ward movement and express a deep yearning to be in Zion, the eternal dwelling place of God..

Why sing the Song of Ascents?
Cuz its in line with God's command for us to use psalms in worship (Col 3:16, Eph 5:19 and 1 Cor 14:26). Singing also helps us memorize scriptures better and many of the psalms have are prophetic of the end-time.
So its timely that we use the psalms as our worship songs. Afterall, we are the spiritual Israelites waiting eagerly for our redemption through Jesus! ;)

Practise time:
12.30 - 3pm (more time to be given ;) hope its alrite with all of u)

God with you all and have a blessed week.

A scripture to encourage all of you..

'Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. '
~Hebrews 12:2-3 (NASB)

His servant,

i trust abigail's words when she said "simple" -- so all "susah" be gone in Jesus' name!
